A Real Person
PG-Presence, Polyguard’s patented anti-phishing technology, confirms a real, present human. Optical distance bounding and network-latency measurement detect VPNs, remote desktop connections, and laptop farms, while hardware attestation and a secure enclave protect every identity proof.
Geographic Region
Confirm the candidate is applying from an allowed country or region, which can be geofenced. This helps with role eligibility and sanctioned-region screening.
Verified Identity
Government-issued ID matched to the applicant with real-time facial recognition. You get a verified name, document type, and issuing country.
Phone Number
Confirm control of a real phone number with a one-time passcode (OTP), adding another barrier against bulk and synthetic applications.

Privacy First, By Design

Screens candidates entering the flow from LinkedIn or other third-party sites. Immediately after submission, PreScreen emails the candidate a Trust Check that runs a real-time verification on their mobile device, then advances the job application flow.
