Can I buy just one product?
Yes. Each product is priced independently, so you can start with Polyguard PreScreen, Remote Interviews, Help Desk Security, or MFA on its own and add the others whenever you are ready.
What counts as a recruiter seat for Remote Interviews?
A recruiter seat is for anyone who hosts or initiates verified interviews. Attendee seats — candidates and additional interviewers — are unlimited and included at no extra cost.
How is Polyguard PreScreen priced?
You pay a flat monthly fee per open job requisition, aligned with how your ATS is priced. There are no per-application or per-seat charges, and admin and compliance dashboard access is always free.
Are Help Desk Security and MFA priced per employee?
Yes. Both are billed per employee per month so coverage scales with your workforce rather than with the number of help desk agents. MFA is currently in beta — join the early-access program to get started.
Can I try Remote Interviews before buying?
